Please read below for return instructions before sending anything back to us. By making any purchase on our website you agree to our terms and conditions, privacy policy and return policy.
You MUST first contact us before sending anything back by emailing
us at info@thegroovycompany.com
All returned goods are subject to testing upon return,
please ensure you return the complete item with all. You may return any goods
within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item cost
if you are unhappy with it for whatever reason as long as the item has NOT been
opened/tampered with/played with or damaged in anyway, this include packaging.
If the item appears to have been used there will be a 25% charge for
testing of the item.
Unwanted Goods (for
faulty goods read section below)
- Postage costs are not refundable for standard returns
- Goods MUST be returned within 14 days of delivery, goods are NOT returnable
after 14 days.
- For damaged/faulty goods please read faulty good section below.
- Goods returned incomplete/damaged in any way will not be accepted, all items
are checked before dispatch to ensure they are complete and undamaged prior
to leaving us. If you return an item that is damaged due to incorrectly packing
it, the item will be returned to you. Please send items via an insured method
to cover yourself for any damaged during transit, the groovy company cannot
be held liable for loss or damage during postage for returns.
- Goods returned in a condition that cannot be resold will either be sent
back to you or incur a 25% restocking fee depending on condition, examples
of this would be shrink wrap removed, damaged boxes, missing instruction,
surface damage etc.
Faulty Goods
- If you wish to return an item to us which is faulty upon delivery,
which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please
contact us by email (at info@TheGroovyCompany.com)
to inform us, and we will arrange a replacement, if a replacement
is not available you will be refunded. In the event of you returning goods
that were faulty on delivery we will also pay you the cost of the return postage.
- Faulty on delivery items MUST be arranged to be returned
within 14 days of delivery.
- Any item that develops a fault after 14 days from purchase will first
be checked to see if the fault can be repaired, if this is not possible a
replacement item will be sent, if a replacement is not available a refund
will be made for the item cost only, postage costs incurred are
only refundable on items that we were at fault on.
- Please ensure you check all goods upon delivery.
- Special products not covered by our returns policy.
Flying radio controlled vehicles, planes, cars, helicopters etc. Anything
that has been damaged during play will not be accepted due to the nature of
the toy. Helicopters/planes that have been crashed, show crash breakage or
engine damage, missing rotors etc either due to crashes or misuse
will not be refunded/replaced under any circumstances. Please use toys such
as these in strict accordance with the instructions.
How to return items:
Please ensure you package the item as it was delivered to you. All contents,
instructions etc should be intact and returned along with a detailed note of
the fault or the reason for the return. Please ensure you include your Order
number.
